Many properties in Dalmatia are built for openness.
Large windows.
Open terraces.
Glass architecture.
It looks modern.
And it fits the coastal lifestyle.
But openness has another side.
You become visible.
Especially in Zadar and many holiday areas,
villas are no longer isolated.
New neighbors appear.
New buildings rise.
And sometimes one small angle is enough
to feel watched.
What this means in daily life.
You sit on the terrace.
But not fully relaxed.
You keep windows open.
But with the feeling
someone can look inside.
Many owners notice this only
after spending real time in the house.
Then it becomes clear.
Privacy is part of quality of living.
Why curtains are not the best solution.
Inside you can create privacy
with curtains and blinds.
But then you lose
what you actually bought.
Light.

Open space feeling.
