Screws loosen slightly.
Guides collect dirt slowly.
Tension changes almost invisibly.
Nothing dramatic.
But continuous.
These small changes
are often the starting point

If you only react

the problem has already grown.
Why inspection is more economical.
A regular check does not take long.
A look at fixings.
A short function test.
Cleaning the guides.
Minutes.
Not days.
Yet it prevents repairs

appointments and organization.
Especially in Dalmatia,
where many owners are not permanently present,
this becomes crucial.

My conclusion.
In Dalmatia inspection is not excessive.
It is value protection.
Those who check regularly
repair less.
And those who repair less
live calmer.
