Many owners rent out their property in Dalmatia.
New guests arrive.
New habits.
New questions.
And one thing becomes clear quickly:
What seems logical to the host
is unfamiliar to guests.
Which button do I press?
How far does it extend?
When should it be retracted?
These are small questions.
But they often cause misuse in daily life.
If the system is not intuitive, this happens:
Sun protection stays extended even as wind rises.
Or it is operated hastily and repeatedly.
This stresses the system and can lead to follow-up questions or damage.
Why explanations rarely work:
Notes and manuals are provided.
But on holiday, few people read them.
They want to live.
They do not want to think.
Especially in Dalmatia,
where stays are often short,
technology must explain itself.
The simple solution works without explanation.
The better solution is reduction:
Fewer controls.
Clear functions.
Automatic logic.
Guests do not need to understand.
They just use.
When wind arrives, the system responds on its own.
When the sun moves, it adapts.
Why this matters:
Less misuse.
Less contact.
Less stress.
Guests feel safe.
Owners stay relaxed.
My conclusion.
Good sun protection does not explain itself.
It works.
If you rent out in Dalmatia,
design technology for guests:
Simple.
Robust.
Autonomous.
